Ballistics evidence uncovered in the mid-1990 all but rules out Workman's gun causing Lt Oliver's fatal wound. No one questioned whether it was Workman's gun that killed Oliver at the trial. The fatal bullet was never found.
Nobody seemed worried about it. HIDDEN EVIDENCE
The state witness who "saw the whole thing" recanted last september, claiming his testimony against Workman was coerced by Memphis authorities. PERJURED TESTIMONY
During the trial the police and the State witness said only two guns were fired at the scene: workman's and Oliver's. But a statement 4 years ago from a friend of the policeman shot at the crime scene places a firing shotgun in the vicinity. During the trial police denied knowing of a shotgun at the scene WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
IF PHILIP WORKMAN IS INNOCENT, THEN WHO KILLED Lt OLIVER?
Disturbing questions about the police investigation. DOES POLICE HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE?
THIS CASE IS FAR TOO CONFUSING AND EMBARRASSING, AND PHILIP WORKMAN SHOULD DIE?
GOVERNOR DON SUNDQUIST, PLEASE, GRANT CLEMENCY TO PHILIP WORKMAN !
Please, print that petition, sign it, asks friends to do the same and send it to
